The main equipment includes 120 sets of one-time molding braiding machines, two advanced inner and outer rubber extrusion production lines, and one automatic rubber mixing production line. It has a full set of testing equipment that meets the requirements of the new 2022 brake hose standard. The annual production capacity is 10 million meters of rubber tubes and 500,000 sets of assemblies. The leading product, φ3.2mm hydraulic hose, obtained China 3C certification in 2005 and CQC certification in 2019. The company is currently operating under the new CQC16-491284-2022 certification rules to ensure that the hoses leaving the factory meet the requirements of the new GB16897-2022 brake hose standard.
